More than scores: Minnesota rethinks assessments of English language learners

St. Paul graduate Hay Nay said he benefited from targeted classes for non-English speakers at Washington Technology Magnet School. Nay is from Myanmar, known formerly as Burma, and arrived in the U.S. in 2011 with only a fourth grade education.
